The Maite pattern includes two variations: a chic tunic, and an elegant maxi dress. Both of them feature raglan sleeves, straight cut, and a delicate belt at the waist. The tunic has an O-neck, fastening with ties, straight Ā¾-length sleeves, and side slits. The dress comes with a V-neck, long puff sleeves, smart side pockets, and fastening with shank buttons.

* Use a premade ribbon for the button loops, or make one from your fabric.
Fabric suggestions
For both variations, choose a lightweight, non-stretch, and fairly drapey fabric. Good options include, for example: viscose challis and crepe, cotton lawn, or washed linen.
The fabric requirements include a 5% allowance for shrinkage. Note that the fabric consumption may be greater for fabrics with a pattern and for fabrics that need to be cut in one direction.
